I am feeling very accomplished tonight. After a very long day in court justice has been served against a predator who took advantage of one of my soldiers. I have often thought of my soldiers as family and in doing so take their troubles, disappointments, mental and physical health to heart. As I said they are my family while I served this country. I know that my decisions as a leader to seek help for this soldier many years ago has led to them having the strength and courage to stand up in court today and face the predator . Seeing how your job and position to lead others and enable them to make the hard right choices really makes one feel accomplished.
