I am frustrated with #Equity_bank. I used my Mastercard to withdraw funds at one of their ATMs in Kenya today and the transaction failed. Yet on checking balance at my virtual US bank account, they had already deducted the amount. The poor customer care reps at Equity told me to wait untill Monday. My journey to Somalia, the safe country, was cut short. I resolved never again to transact at Equity. They should even close my 3 accounts with immediate effect. I wish if they can understand how unsafe I am being in Kenya. That too means I am not boozing tonight............ Nktest
