I am generally not one for sentiment but there are some tough good-byes headed our collective way. We started the process last night by celebrating Ashleys time with CFW. She is the very definition of good people and no words here could do her justice. She will leave a void that cannot be filled when she makes her way back home on Sunday - both at the gym and away from it. We will all miss her energy, the way her optimism lights up a room and the incredibly selfless way she tries to make everyone else happy. Its with a heavy heart that I will say good-bye tomorrow but its with extreme optimism that I hope to see and hear of everything she accomplishes. Not everyone gets to meet someone like Ashley ... but everyone should. In the coming weeks, we will also be forced to bid a final farewell to many of our college seniors as they leave school for the last time. You are all a big part of the gym and you will be missed. Best of luck in whatever your futures bring and please dont be strangers. You are all welcome to stop by anytime! Take some extra time tomorrow (and over the coming weeks) and savor the experience.
