I am getting REALLY fed up! I have been doing for 3.5 years. I have always coordinated with rescues... meaning I collect pledges, I pay all costs... pull, boarding, transport and vetting! Lately, people are refusing to pay... or paying the receiving rescues. They do not listen to the fact that I am the one who pays all. When you pay the rescue, you are taking my pledges... and forcing me to pay personally for the dogs. If you only want to pay receiving rescues, you need to state this with your pledge amount and it makes your pledge in effect ZERO.
