I am getting exhausted by animal rescue organizations being rude/mean when I contact them to see if they can help with Legend. I get that theyve seen the worst of the world, over and over, and that can make it hard to be full of smiles and sunshine. But when youre lashing out at the people who are on your side... Im sure they (unfairly) see us as part of the problem (and I swear not a single one of them has read my entire email before making a snap judgment). If they dont have the resources to help, they can say that without being rude. Todays judgment was focused on the fact that I was trying to use the Internet (Craigs List, Facebook, etc.) to rehome a dog, when bad people use the Internet to try to find dogs for bad reasons. Well, thats all well and good, but when not a single rescue group will help us, what are we supposed to do? Wed get chewed out for taking her to the park with an Adopt Me sign too.
