I am getting into writing more since this summer after that GRATITUDE CHALLENGE went around. I took in some writing to Dr. Hansen and she really appreciated my assertive writing. AND OF COURSE The sense of humor in my writing that i carry in my trials ad tribulations of life... survival... I feel good inside as i am a good woman and am respectful. I had a good session. NOW imma gonna get ready and take ZZ out for a walk then come home for more self care and a hot soak.... oh baby.... probably going to have a good sleep. a really good sleep.... Hard work in counseling... and its worth it at the end of the day. Have a good night yourselves... peace.
