I am glad he will be back with his family. However, he must be held to rule of law if it is determined that he did in fact desert his post in time of war. The President has put himself above the rule of law but like the rest of us, Bergdahl should not get special treatment nor a Presidential pardon. To do so, would be to spit in the eye of all troops and families who have sacrificed so much over the past decade. ~ R.J.Pace USMC
