I am going on vacation on August 28th, and needed a bag to carry my dollies in. I remembered the seller Belly of a Whale on Etsy, and looked her up. Her store was no longer on Etsy, but I did find her site on Google: blythecarriers.blogspot/ and ordered a bag under her Order tab. I ordered the bag on August 11th. From what I understood those bags were pre-made and ready to ship. I paid through Paypal and received my email confirmation and receipt from Paypal. However, I DIDNT receive any sort of confirmation of my order from her blog or the seller personally. I sent her an email asking if she received my order, stating I didnt receive a confirmation from her, only from Paypal. I havent received a reply. On August 13th I made a post in Blythe World asking if anyone knew who ran the shop/blog and if they could pass along a message that I was trying to get in touch with her. I should also state, before doing this I did go to her Belly of a Whale FB page and message her there, without reply again. I was told her name was Jonah and the name of a friend of hers who could pass the message along to please get in touch with me. I messaged both Jonah and her friend directly. Her friend asked for my email address and that she would pass along the messages. Its now the 17th of August and I have still had no communication with this seller. They have my $70+ dollars and nobody is telling me when or if my bag will be shipped. Is it too soon to file a dispute on Paypal? I really wanted this bag, and it wasnt cheap. Im now concerned I have to find another bag to tote my girls around in that will be here in time before I have to leave for vacation. This was a great hands-free option, and I planned on being active, taking my girls with me for photos. What should I do now? Wait another day or two, or just file a dispute?
