I am going to Civic Center, San Francisco for a little while today. All kinds of expressions will be seen and heard today and tomorrow with a generally massive Gay Pride Parade down Market Street. (sorry I missed the Trans March yesterday) I like to talk with local community groups; the people doing the hard work of activism. These are people who do things; unafraid. I think itd be nice if people were active in their own small communities. Maybe show some support for the folks putting themselves out there for LGBT rights. Maybe just quietly help someone who is on the edge. Never accept the hate. Never. Never accept the language. Never. Stand with people. Often. This country is changing and its good and its because activists have been speaking up. We are not afraid.
