I am going to LA my herd for the first time this year. Not a clue about the procedure. Should they be clipped as they would for a show, which I also have never done yet? Are they presented to the appraiser like you were showing them or just natural? When we had the dairy cattle and scored them, they were just separated in a pen and evaluated. Same procedure or not? Not a lot of information in ADGA guidelines that I could find, only sounds like you want them uddered up and maybe clipped. Would be nice if they gave more info for us newbies. Any advice will be greatly appreciated!
