I am going to be cooking potato soup tonight in my crock pot. It is my first venture into that sphere and should be interesting. I have asked several people how they make theres and after considering all the advice, I am going to put together my version which will have potato, onion, celery, milk, butter, cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, cream of broccoli soup, pepper and salt, cheese, a little flour, bacon bits and whatever else I feel like throwing into the mix. I will tell you all how it turned out and whether I ate it with great enthusiasm or tossed it for not meeting my high standards which is the only gauge as to how it turned out.
