I am going to be in the market for a new phone/tablet soon, one that needs to last me a few years in order for it to be useful. I dont usually have a lot of apps, but speed and storage would be nice to have. Also, I will be out of country in a few months so it will need the capability of switching providers easily. None of that specific to this provider bull crap. I am not very literate on this topic however, so I dont know if that is possible, or would make it more expensive than choosing a provider-based one. Obviously this investment will need to last me a while, as previously stated. I am also out a laptop, which is why I have been peering into the possibility of a tablet phone type thing. Again, not much knowledge on the topic. Any advice or suggestions of a brand or exact phone/tablet to look into? I really wanted a Samsung Galaxy S3 but if I could get something as useful that also functions as a laptop replacement, that would be just grand.
