I am going to be putting in an order for some veal from Artisans de la terre in Aigle this week. If anyone wants to get in on the order please let me know. All the animals are grass fed and slaughtered at 10 months old, so the meat is red rather than white (like the veal you get in the supermarket). The price is CHF 26 per kilo and a minimum order is 18kgs. However, if we have more people who want to order, we can divide it up. The deadline for the order is this Friday and the meat will be delivered in early November. Drop me an email if you want in.
