I am going to have an amazing day today and this is how I know it. I almost had Irish toast today, I spread a piece of wholemeal bread with thick butter and home-made strawberry jam and then dropped it...Irish toast would have landed jam side down, but mine did not, so that is such a good start to my day! Yesterday I took a day off and did family stuff with Angie and her Parents, a wonderful trip to Cadley Island, such a quiet place, we laughed when we thought about Matt being there for a week, need I say more! Back in harness today,pleased with the rain for our gardens, the plants all look perky this morning, have a great day to everyone!
