I am going to say this again! If you hear ppl (romanians) involved in stray rescue, stating that dog catchers in Romania have these universal warrants (this meaning that courts are releasing universal warrants, warrants that the dog catcher can freely use on anyone, to force enter their property and take the dogs) THEN IS SOMETHING VERY WRONG WITH THE STORY AND THE PERSON! Then you are going to send donations to pay for the dog to be taken out from the public shelter (if the dog is not on the public streets), you are going to pay to have him micro-chipped, to have him spay, for the passport and so, and conveniently, one day the dog catchers with this amazing universal warrant will take the dog, so tragedy, no dog to send. There is no such thing in Romania, dog catchers having these strange warrants to access as they please ppl properties. There are plenty of abuses done by dog catchers, BUT they dont have these warrants. I will also disclose the name of the romanian woman that tried for few hours to feed me this bullshit!
