I am having a hard time wrapping my brain around the fact that my little 6 pound baby boy is turning 40 today! I call this precious guy my Gentle Giant. I could use many words to describe Branson, but I will begin with these: hilarious, smart, caring, and sensitive. Anyone that knows him knows of his passion for the game of football. Since he was big enough to walk, it has been his passion, and has dedicated MANY unpaid hours to teaching boys about the sport he loves. Not only has he coached his own son, but the sons of many in this community, and around NWA. He mentors young boys, not only in football, but in life. He spends money out of his own pocket to make sure those that cant afford it have what is needed to play and be protected in the game. He is always the one of my 3 kids to call, text or email me on the anniversary of my moms death, or any special occasion that he thinks I may need a special hug for, which is so unlike most guys...he is very sensitive in that way, which is a great quality in a man. You can see in this photo of Bransons birthday card we gave him, it is full of pictures from when he was little, which he loved. And you may wondering why we call him BONE?? Well, when Kendi was little, she could not pronounce Branson, and it always came out Bone...so it stuck! HAPPY 40th BIRTHDAY BONE....WE LOVE YOU TO THE MOON!!
