I am having a splitting headache trying to update my policyholders what is happening. I am sorry if my replies are slow. Many have started to realise that I am not the consultant or agent tagged to their policy and i am unable to check their details as I have no access anymore and not allowed to keep personal information. To my policy holders. Previously I was representing NTUC Income exclusively and only. In 1 or 2 weeks to come, IF everything goes well and smooth. I will be able to represent all the company in the image below. Please note that NTUC Income is one of them. Your policy will not be able to be serve by me until I get my new clearance from MAS and my new company. After which I must get your permission to continue serving you and it is not automatic. Because even though I am the same Farhan and I am the one who advise you on the same policy. I am with a different code now and need your consent again. A lot are asking who is the new servicing agent? It can or cannot still be me. Hope this explains the confusion. Thank you
