I am having a wonderful day today in the kitchen. Lots of work to do so thanks for the orders everyone! Loving it. And I absolutely love Festive Food. Us vegetarians we really can eat with the rest of them without feeling like we are missing out. The Beet Hummus is the best I have ever made. This is the keeper recipe, I finally got it how I want it! Hopefully you feel the same. The White Bean Soup is a great festive meal, very savory. I made a rich parsley pesto which I drizzled on top, it adds a very nice layer to this soup. It is the kind of soup I would eat on a cold day for sure. If soups could give hugs, this one might be one of them. Anyways, now Im just talking crazy talk...hugging soups! What next. Anyways, having a terrific day. On to some Gluten Free Christmas Baking.
