I am having trouble wrapping my head around this managerial statement. . .As I sit with an angry customer awaiting an answer I have to type my questions in a work "chat room" I have to use all CAPS IN MY ORDER FORMS. so as I am dealing with this angry customer I am asking my question. my mind is on my customer yelling at me. MY supervisor tells me to remember to turn off my caps. And that is the only response I get. I do not ever get an answer to my question. WTF? what about the angry customer and giving him quality customer service. NOT THE FACT THAT I AM TYPING IN CAPS. you are more worried about the way that I typed i and could care less that this guy is yelling at me. WTF? is wrong with this picture? so later I say to her.... I got a guy yelling in my ear and all you are worried about is that I type in caps? i guess you can predict the outcome to that question. . . .
