I am hearing of a young lady who was sentenced to 20 years imprisonment because she fired warning shots over the head of her abusive husband. Now while I am against that maximum sentence i have to side with the LAW on this one! She was NOT given the sentence because she is BLACK smh, the Law of self defense in essence says it rather you shoot to incapacitate than to intimidate. If you can fire over someones head it clearly means YOU WERE NOT IN ANY PRESENT DANGER OR YOUR ATTACKER IS ANYWHERE NEAR YOU! Please my black activists and people who only see race in everything. Up you mighty race and accomplish what you will!
