I am highly displeased with (and angered by) the number of people I see parking in spaces designed for the disabled who are clearly, at least, able to walk without compromise to their destination. Maybe the car/plate or placard belongs to someone else or is assigned for an unseen condition, but I cant imagine why anyone who could walk would unnecessarily occupy a space designed for those who cant. Access to the privilege and need for the privilege are two different things. This is a blatant reflection of ignorance...which I guess, too, is a handicap.
