I am honoured to officially announce that I will be seeking election for Councillor in the District of Central Saanich. I am a third-generation Vancouver Island resident with a family history of community involvement. My parents chose Central Saanich because it was a spectacular place to raise a family. Having been a student of Saanichton, Bayside, and Stelly’s Secondary school, I love Central Saanich but know that there is always room for improvement. I’m running to build a stronger community - one with opportunities for everybody. As a resident, entrepreneur, a taxpaying homeowner, volunteer, and University of Victoria student I bring a unique set of skills and perspectives to council. My experience and passion are coupled by my ability to listen, learn, and make informed decisions. As well, my time volunteering on the Peninsula and on the Advisory Planning Commission prove a level of commitment and the kind of work ethic that will effectively represent your interests on Central Saanich Council.
