I am hoping to see change happen in Cynthiana starting today. It is time to elect officials with the knowledge to move our great city forward. Voting for James Smith for mayor will put a leader in charge that actually has a plan. He knows how to run a business in economic hard times. It is time we let him turn the city around in hard times. He cant do it alone though. He needs a city commission that will suppport him. Voting for Walter Tapp and Roger Slade for city commissioners gives this city the vital core it needs. If we are going to move forward, TODAY IS THE DAY.
