I am in dire need of some technical assistance with my laptop. As of Monday, it has slowed down severally. From opening softwares to running my web-browser and streaming videos on sites like Hulu to YouTube to CrunchyRoll. Even videos on Windows Media Player and Media Player Classic. I mainly use my computer for web use (IE YouTube, Facebook,Twitter, Tumblr, Yahoo, Hotmail, and a few forums) and video editing (I make YouTube videos). Yet recently the computer has been quite slow. Ive also been told Ive scanned it with Norton Anti-Virus and it has shown me no problems so I do not believe it to be anything virus related. Ive even run CC Cleaner after I was recommend by some friends and not even that helped. Ive also tried Disk Defragmentation and that didnt help. Ive also been told it could be the laptops age could be a factor since I have used it since 2009 and many have told me it could be time to get it replaced. I also am trying to avoid getting assistance from places like GeekSquad as funds are a bit low and I would much rather buy a new laptop then spend $70 on a check up and have it either be something they cant fix or something else that could raise the funds. Any assistance or helpful diagnostic would be much appreciated. Thank you! :)
