I am interested in businesses that truly operate outside the box by not adhering to two things most business buy into. 1. That you have to compete against another company in the market place selling a similar product for limited dollars from a consumer looking to spend .. 2. That the sign of true success in business is to become the biggest brand, highest earning / profit generating company with the greatest market share . In a day when consumer confidence in corporate thinking and corporate trust is at an all time low..panies that follow the above model actually further weaken the marketplace respective to the products they sell.. Companies that move in a different direction , who define business not In terms of competition or profit margins as the sole reason for existence but rather as establishing themselves under radar and generate a long term sustainable profit fir a loyal but niche consumer demographic .. Are the type of companies that impress me.
