I am interested in subletting my room from May-December 2015 as I will be going away on an internship/exchange to France. I also dont mind splitting up this contract into 1 summer term, and 1 fall term! The room is RIGHT next to campus (literally, you look outside the backyard and see Thode! Address is 14 Norfolk St. N). - VERY CLEAN. - VERY AFFORDABLE. - VERY QUIET/FRIENDLY NEIGHBOURHOOD. - Cozy, all-girl house. - Air-conditioning. - LOTS of parking space (no additional fee) - New kitchen. - 2 Large fridges in the house, comfortable accommodates all 6 residents + 1 mini fridge in the basement - Lots of cupboard space Can leave all my furniture in the room (it all fits perfectly), or can move things out too obviously. 3 bathrooms in the house, 1 per floor = 2 people per bathroom - Bathroom is kept well and clean as well! We take really good care of this place! Honestly this room is a steal, I dont plan on leaving until I absolutely have to I love it. Price: 350$ Price does not include utilities or internet. Utilities are a flat rate of 40$, and internet will vary as it will most likely be changed starting summer/next term. Ive uploaded lots of pictures from when I first moved on, in the summer time when the room was empty, and now what it looks like furnished.
