I am just back to Edinburgh after two fantastic days in Durham. Wow! What a weekend it was! I would like to thank: Paul Gray for organising fantastic workshop, inviting me to teach girevoy sport and teaching us Art of Strength , Iona Winter and her husband John for inviting me to their house, giving me a bed, and cooking great, healthy meals for us! I really felt like in home, thanks guys! I would like also thank Pawel Widuto for sharing his passion with us and helping me better understand my body and everyone who attend the workshop! You have been working so hard, it was pleasure and honour to teach you. Ah, almost forgotten about Chris Brandie who brought us some kettlebells and his family, who let him attend the workshop :) So, without giving too much details, it was first but for sure not last workshop we are organising together with Pawel and Paul. . All I can say now is we will be visiting Norway and Scotland soon. Cannot wait!
