I am just confused...still wondering why is that the performance of a teacher is just based on the test results..are we just teaching them to develop their intellectual aspects..or are we molding them to develop them to become HOLISTIC INDIVIDUALS..meaning..social,moral,spiritual,physical aspects are included in this what we called LEARNING PROCESSES..the values which are essential in their physiological and psychological growth...why is that the blame is always in the part of teacher where in fact..they have really exerted full efforts just to mold their learners..are there any other factors affecting their performance academically?..dont they have parents to iniatially guide them and help teachers in realizing their dreams and ambitions..how about the environment they are living with..?..hmm the peers that pressure them in enjoying their adolescence..how about the ecomomic stability?.do these things matter?...are we really thinking that students really learn from the teachers alone?..TEACHERS (many words could be formed)..they TEACH not only regular lessons.HEAR not only students voices..likewise their sentiments as learners..SEE what is at stake for the them..they help individuals REACH for their stars...but...they also encounter ACHES inevitably..despite of CHEATERS, they believe that there is a room for improvement...even there are TEARS, they continue to develop minds...even all students HATE them they always believe in what is to be done..teachers do really CARE and show compassion..and above all..they SHARE..their hearts..minds...and even the precious gift..their time.. A thing to be good..must entirely be good..Robin Hood steals to help his neighbors and community..but bottomline, the intention is good but the means is inappropriate..Stealing just to help out others?..helping others might sound good..but it should be done in accordance to the call of our conscience.. The great thing is..we can never judge a person based on his physical appearance...what matters most is your intention to help others for as long as it is abided by the Confucius GOLDEN RULE.. MITCH ALBOM once said that..SOME PEOPLE CAN DO THINGS YOU CANNOT DO BUT SOME PEOPLE CANNOT DO THINGS YOU CAN DO.. In the end,.do we realize what we intend to teach the learners for them to become more competetive individuals?..I bet some never understands the ROTARY CLUBs FOUR WAY TESTS...
