I am just going to come right out and say it; Kaylee and I have decided to part ways. Our lives and our goals were just moving in opposite directions, and it became clear the best thing for our future was to go our own separate ways. We came to this decision together without any angst, anger, or aggression, and while we both feel that this is the best decision, that does not mean it was an easy one. I am thankful for the relationship that we had, the experiences we shared, and the lessons I have learned. I wish her the best on her promising career and life, and will continue to work towards fulfilling my own goals in life. I will be saying good-bye to New Orleans towards the end of April, and I am excited to be moving back to Chicago. I am heading back with a new perspective and new goals. I am grateful for the friends I made down here, and the experiences I had. Im going to miss each and every one of you. I am leaving New Orleans a much richer man than I arrived, and money has nothing to do with that.
