I am leading an experiment and I have at least two people working with me on it in Asheville, North Carolina. We are trying to see if we can create a local non profit merchant bank; the servant institution to fund or find the funding for what needs to be done as we transition through climate change, the end of cheap oil and the risk of financial exclusion.
