I am leaving Myanmar in January but I would have 3 months left that are pre-paid on my lease. I am looking for someone who wants to either sublet or take-over the lease of my apartment. It is a traditional Myanmar style apartment with two rooms and a kitchen, single bathroom (western toilet) on the 5th floor in Hledan (sorry, no elevator/lift, but I am a big fat guy and I managed). There is a really good Korean restaurant on the ground floor of the same building. I paid $300 a month, so we can negotiate from there in one flat payment for however long you want to stay, and from April you can negotiate with the building owner if you choose to stay. Its semi-furnished, meaning you are free to keep anything that I bought which I will leave behind (double bed frame/mattress, refrigerator, water cooler, fan, ironing board/iron, clothes drying racks, kitchen supplies, hot plate, etc.) I will give whoever takes over first crack at those items, but if you dont want them I can try to sell or you can sell yourself/donate/pitch/whatever. I can provide pictures if you request, but basically it looks like every apartment in Hledan. Thanks
