The available space consists of a large room with a bedroom annex (together 33m2), and has a balcony. It is fully furnished, including an office table, a double bed, and a couch. The apartment is sunny, with with windows on the eastern and western sides, and has 90m2. It is on the third floor of a quiet Bauhaus building with cameras in the hallways and a gym in the basement.
