I am looking for assistance in Southeastern Wisconsin. I (and my entire family) have been cut off from my children for almost two years. I was in court yesterday and was again denied access to my children, even though their mom is clearly in contempt of court. The Kenosha court commissioner simply refused to find the mom guilty of contempt by refusal to follow up with the reununification therapy, even though she (the ex) agreed to this in court. The therapist did see the children and recommended individual therapy as he stated that the children have been traumatized, and the commissioner did not even require that the children get any therapy, which I also requested to be initiated. I cannot afford a lawyer and am looking for any sort of advocate or legal assistance to continue.
