I am looking for flatmate - NOW! Own cosy room in nice flat (2y old building) located next to a metro Jinonice (B - yellow line) - 6min to Anděl and 10min to the city center - really cool - you can see the entrance to the metro on pictures therefore as you can see it is really close. The flat is part of a new building . In the building is a nice bakery, and in the neighborhood are two Vietnamese shops with the food and other home belongings. The flat consist of small hall, bathroom, kitchen and two sleeping rooms. One of the room is my and the next one is for rent. The room is fully equipped, with big bed, cabinet, school table, shelves and two chairs. Deposit is one month rent - 7500 Kč (CZK) - all included. You will be living with Czech professional. Most of the time at work :/. I am very easygoing but I do like to keep the flat clean! So this is what I expect from you too! Otherwise do what you like!
