Name of company : Jawad Business Group Website : jawad BRAND MANAGER Fashion Division Based : Bahrain Total Salary Package : BD 800 – 1600 *negotiable depending on the qualifications and experience of the candidate Qualifications : He/she should have 5-10 years minimum experience in retail with international fashion Retail Brands (not export or buying house) . This is a field based international role that takes accountability for driving sales and profitability of a specific Brand through an existing (and expanding) store portfolio. Accountable for ensuring all stores deliver a consistent approach towards the Customer Service Proposition, visual excellence, merchandise planning and implementation, and high retail standards. Sphere of responsibility requires commercial decision-making, development of a strong and effective team and regional knowledge spanning 2 - 6 territories. A brand manager’s main job is to organize and oversee the promotion, sales, and overall image associated with certain branded products or services. He or she controls every aspect of the brand, from marketing and advertising campaigns to production decisions and sales strategies, and assumes responsibility for its ultimate success or failure. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ASSISTANT FOOTWEAR BUYER Fashion Division Based : Bahrain Total Salary Package : BD 800 *negotiable depending on the qualifications and experience of the candidate Based: Bahrain. Qualifications : Ideally the candidate should have worked as Assistant Buyer for an International brand. He/She should have experience in GCC, understanding on local market requirements, dealt with suppliers on order processing, shipment movement etc. Should be aware of latest trends in the market. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- MERCHANDISER Fashion Division Based : Bahrain Total Salary Package : BD 500 – 800 *negotiable depending on the qualifications and experience of the candidate Qualifications : He/she should have 3 years minimum experience in merchandising, planning and/or buying. Strong in Excel, good communication skills written and verbal, can communicate up the chain as well as down effectively and strong analytical skills. Personal qualities, must be confident, flexible, proactive and committed. Ability to handle pressure at key times and must meet sometimes very tight deadlines. Merchandiser takes accountability for ensuring stock is effectively planned and allocated across a specific Brand in order for optimum sales to be achieved..
