I am looking for two girls to sign a September lease with. I found a great 3 bedroom for a great price. It is technically in Brighton but really close to the Brookline border on a nice, quiet street. 1 bedroom comes with a bathroom (the one Im taking since Im also subletting it) so the other (bigger) bathroom will only be shared by 2 people. It is a house with two floors and our place is on the second floor. There is a nice kitchen with dishwasher and disposal, a dining room, living room, and a screened in indoor porch. The landlord does not want students but working professionals. The place is very close to the Sutherland B Line T Stop and Dean Road C Line stop, and about a 10 min walk to the D Line. I am looking to live with females between 21 and 25 years old who will be working in the Boston area.
