I am looking forward to attending the Canadian Cancer Research Alliances Community Forum in Toronto tomorrow to learn about all the recent advances in cancer research. Much of the current research involves treating and preventing cancer with viruses and using immunology to the approach to cancer. Im taking Mariah Hanlin, my daughter, who is considering taking immunology in the years to come. If you are interested in hearing about the latest research, you can also participate by webcast. The link is on the webpage below. 1pm to 5 pm (Toronto time) (I am SO tired of the attitude that people believe that a magical cure for cancer has already been found and the pharmaceutical companies are keeping it a secret so they can make money. Dont you think that a pharmaceutical company would WANT to sell a product that almost everyone would want to buy instead of just treating people who were diagnosed with cancer!?) Be prepared to be vaccinated in the next 10 years for various forms of cancer!
