I am looking to develop a web and mobile application which does page crawling (2000+3000 words) and semantic keyword search and displays translations. This will involve NLP and contextual machine learning. The application should be able to automatically put a reminder on your calendar based on information on the page like an expiration date. There will be dashboard for the user with a compilation of all these dates from different pages. I already have the database of the translation of the keywords. The database has around 1000-2000 entries on the back end as translations. These are all the details that I can give and nothing more. I need a quote on how much it will take to build such an app. Time and duration along with a link to your expertise . I would like to see the quote in comments to ensure a transparent auction.
