I am lying here hoping and praying the oral antibiotic shows some improvement by the time I go back to the doctor 1330hrs tomorrow. If not, I will be admitted to Cape Fear Hospital for IV antibiotics. The Dr. is concerned infection is close to the bone. He packed the wound and prescribed two antibiotics. There is concern for the redness and heat that is surrounding the wound. All will be good.
