I am lying on a comfortable bed after a busy and slightly LESS comfortable day than I had hoped for. Feeling kind of like a Mexican jumping bean frying on a griddle. (This is a METAPHOR FOLX. Not LITERALLY. OK?) I am deeply grateful to Shamika Wilson and La Mesha Irizarry (and her fabulous support person Remigio and her stalwart support puppy King) and Shamikas two brilliant and amazing children, and the fine folks at Excelsior Auto (who actually listened to me when I insisted the car wasnt done... so I have to go back tomorrow morning-blegh!). And whoever fixed up the park with all the secret statues and whatever came over me that led me to climb a small hilll, clamber over a metal handrail, spin around on a merry-go-round, and in general convince me I am capable of playing with kids under six. THAT WAS SOME FUN!! Gnite sweet fairytale Princes and Princesses. We are kinda awesome. Love!
