I am making my final post on behave of the Town of the Living Dead . SYFY has decided Not to do a season 2. I know many many have been waiting and asking and wishing us well. As for myself.. Im totally cool with it. We did what we said we was gonna do. Our little Chop Bone would be so proud of us. For our fans and people that supported us .. Thank you :-) from the bottom of our hearts. But I got couple things to say just to clear air. First of all. I never uttered one curse word on tv. We never caused any trouble for the city council that we didnt right. We was always respectful and polite and tried to follow the rules. And when we didnt by accident I tried my best to right it. Jasper City Police and the City Council and all of downtown merchants can attest to this Im sure. For the politicians , high society of Jasper that called and complained , turned their noses up at us..kept the local paper from covering us. Leaving Birmingham and outsiders to come in to do interviews and articles because they couldnt understand why we was not being supported here. No coverage .. job well done. You kept us out. But you will never take this accomplishment from us. Im proud of CJ Harris, Shelby Z and all the kids that push on and shoot for the stars. But the parade never had spot for us. We dont get invited to anything because WE are a embarrassment.. Well If truth be known we made donations to Jasper. That we never got credit for. We did lots of things around Jasper and surrounding areas that was good.... And good for our kids. That we never got credit for. It was a tv show that was for most part innocent and only made fun of us. But the jokes on you all. My head and that of our cast and crew is held high here in victory. We struggled for years and some never heard of us.. If we had been the thorn in Jasper that we had been portrayed dont you think you would have heard more about us. But SYFY and TRUE Entertainment gave us the opportunity to do what we could have never done. And I for one will always be thankful to them. They are still big fans of ours and will be watching what comes next. As will the world. Robert England sat in my house and ate lunch with us. And thought how beautiful it was here. And was so encouraging to us. Thank you Mr England for everything. Now for the cast and crew that stuck with me and let me be your guide. Thank you guys. I know you all are sad tonight over this news,.. But hold your heads high and know that you are all winners and know that we did an impossible task.. We made a movie guys. Im so proud of you all and am thankful for the trust that you all put in me. I hope I didnt let anyone down and we will forever be bonded no matter what. When I was young I got pregnant and had to leave my home because of how it would be received by our good Christian community. I left with my head hanging so low as a child.. Well NEVER AGAIN.. Im not going anywhere. :-) stay tuned..........
