(I am modest... :-) ) I was just now on Maidan and Instytutska Street with our President Van Rompuy. For 15 minutes I was his personal guide, explaining him what, where and WHY has happened there (and in Ukraine). I believe that I managed to pass the most important messages so those were indeed most effectively spent 15 minutes of today. ;-) He was very carefully listening and moved by what he heard and saw in places, where modern history of Ukraine has been taking place. PS: Great that EU citizens have more than one (national) president! I felt proud indeed today to talk to him knowing that he is also MY president. ;-)
