I am moving my practice from a chain to an office with a DO & Acupuncturist. The locations are about 15 min apart, which in my suburb is not considered far. I will be a separate entity from the medical practices, allowing me to set prices, specials, etc. I am planning on raising the price of the clients that I will be gaining from the DO & Acupuncturist by $5, which should not make waves, but coming from a chain my current clientele will be paying $15 more per hour session. I was thinking of emailing them a coupon to get the chain price for the rest of the year. Any advice/tips to make the transition as smooth as possible & retain clients?
