I am new to YL. I have taken some beginning classes on massage therapy from a continuing Ed class through a local college. I did this because I was having such terrible migranes and looking for relief. I also wanted to see if it would be something I could consider getting more training/education about. I have realized that the more I know... the more I dont know. I only massage family and close friends for some practice at this point because I know there are so many medical issues behind it. I see that people talk about CARE training. What is that. ?
