I am no Attorney,nor am I a Lawyer( yes they are different)....although I have delved into a lot of research....suffice to announce that the first set of legal Documents..looking pretty sketchy though Signatures are on SOME pages..starting with a missing Index number and ??date file missing@ top of said foreclosure proceedings...;(stamped Jan-6 2015)....received this p.m. so this being a twenty day time frame/summons to respond-answer said complaint...and MYSTERIOUSLY enough I am now magically ON The Deed.although I am..not...?!! and a alleged!!medical debt that I contested as I did NOT ask for nor authorize theservices of said physician...over a decade past!!..services consisted of him shaking me awake before 8 a.m. as I was being given blood transfusions for offsetting severe uterine hemorrhaging...to basically insist that since I was over 55 I should submit to a colonoscopy...hmmmn...so I declined,he left a card on the table and went on....I received a bill for this consultation and that is the extent of that.....although my stay was overnight.....so we contested that bill and this is the first I have heard since they referred same tocollections..fast forward...I could not avail myself,reluctantly to put it mildly..of variousprograms to assist including heating..repair/weatherization as I am NOT listed asowner...the relationship did not survive...the rest as they say is history..so now after al l this and there are millions in similar situations...every part of this stack of papers..glaring ERRORS..I do still retain hard copy of way way too many payments made... and they DID transfer to MERS,INC in April 2000!!news to us...I have tried unsuccessfully to find follow substantiate this criminal paper trail..as have millions of others...literally millions of Mortgages that were fraudulently transferredbundled and the list goes on and on;the personal issues aside..and in we have also IRS action...no loan mod was offered and from what I see,that is most often a good thing...now Im reading that there was a defaultdated the very first month we paid on said Mortgage and the amountdefaulted came due..not even matching the original loan let alone the outrageous interest this was a standard VA Loan...totally insane...NONE of it makes a lick of sense...!..so now mysteriously my STRAWMAN is included on these debts wonder if I can get someassistance ..doubt it Im born here/ worked here and well... you fill in the rest.Gent who served the papers was indeed a gentleman with stories he had compassion..I did break..momentarily..I am only human..it is in Gods hands....I will follow through but yes admittedly a little shaken.I was hoping to find solutions not complications but Life had other plans.....ok...I have to think.I was advised that I need counsel hahahaha....but I wi l be speaking with someone who MAY be able to assist us. What a racket and way too huge to delve into here...... Bankster sounds like GANGSTER eh?!! GIVEEM HELL RED!!!!~Well if I can find some NRG,I shall!
