I am no longer a Beachbody "coach" but I still love their trainers - TopicsExpress

I am no longer a Beachbody "coach" but I still love their trainers and programs. I would recommend them to anyone. My reason for quitting the coach thing is that I did not enjoy having to be a "shark" to gain clients. I am all about helping people with fitness goals, but I want to do it on their own terms, at their own pace, without trying to shove an expensive workout program down their throats. I say if you are doing something active and eating healthy, then you are already doing it right without having to break the bank. If you are interested in a Beachbody program and can afford one, then by all means, do it. They are worth the money, in my opinion, and better than paying monthly dues at the gym that you may or may not have time to get to every day. I may not know everything there is about nutrition and fitness, but I am learning more and more every day just by experiencing my own ups and downs during my fitness journey. I am not trying to get skinny, I am just trying to be fit and healthy.
