I am not a die heart fan of Mr. Modi or his B.J.P. There is a controversy going on regarding the appointment of Mrs. Smriti Irani as HRD minister. I am basically the one of those people who are disappointed by the appointment of Mr. Modi as P.M. The BJP certainly lacks the percentage of intellectual scholars. The Congress and the left have always nurtured these people for number of the years. Going forward, Mrs. Irani is 12th pass and not even a graduate. It will be better if we do not think this in this manner. Does education really matter? Yes. It does indeed. In this case, however, we should consider her work. You may have seen that most of the times, most of the educated people fails to deliver. It is not because they lack the skill but because of their dedication towards their work. There’s the difference between being educated and being literate. You’re educated doesn’t mean that you’re literate. There is the particular difference between the two. Sometimes uneducated persons are considered more literate than educated ones. They do something great for the society and their people. And sometimes most of the educated people remain separated from the society. Like, Mr. Chetan Bhagat, who is certainly considered as the one of the most acknowledged novelist in India is writing the novels which are just can be made into the bollywood films. Nothing else. They do not have any content which is really helpful. He is an MBA. There are also Mr. Bill Gates and Mr. Steve Jobs who haven’t completed their graduation and they are school dropouts. But these are really two great personalities. Mr. Gates spent a lot doing his social work. He works a lot on that front and he’s a successful businessman. Mrs. Irani is also a 12th pass, but we should certainly consider her for this post. Seriously. She might have her own ways to enhance our education system. As she’s also a school dropout, she can have her own take on this issue. She has such experience of leaving her education so early, so she can find out the reasons for number of children who are leaving their schools and working. She might have learnt a lot in the school of life than any other educational institute can teach. Mr. Sibal was a higly educated person and still he failed as an HRD minister in his stint. Let’s give her a chance. #smritiirani
