I am not actively nor passively involved in any new business establishment known as Pickup@ Jalan Kledek. To be frank, the idea for Pickup@, a pickup point for home business owners, was based on a discussion I had more than a year ago with another person, which I later on shared with a new team and we had decided to proceed. So for the past 3-4 weeks, I have been actively involved in the conceptualising, writing, designing, marketing, financial bookkeeping and legal research/drafting many aspects of it. But it would seem that my involvement was to be short lived. The team no longer wish to do a collaboration with me. Although reasons for my axing is still at this instance unclear to me, I wish to state I respect their decision. They have registered Pickup@ into the tenancy agreement and to change the name would incur greater costs on their part. Hence, I chose to retain the domain, email address and designs that I did, as well as the original FB page, which I chose to delete henceforth. And I will claim no costs for the drafting of the legal documentations, marketing efforts, design and set up of the previous logo, FB page, part of the furnishing, as well as the intellectual property for the use of the Pickup@ Jalan Kledek name until the end of the tenancy lease of the unit at Jalan Kledek.
