First off, it takes 5 to make a Quorum not 4 and if there is no quorum, then how does anything get done at all?. As for where I have been... Well, I do go to the KIC meetings (I travel more than 800 miles one way at my own expense to do that) and I have a JOB that also keeps me busy. Why on earth would I even place the RICO ACT in the same conversation of showing the people how they could get a Per- Capita?. I never promised to give the people anything!. That is not any type of LAW nor does it have to do with the By Laws of the Kiowa Constitution... It merely tells one how to properly conduct a meeting... BTW, That RECALLED group you are defending has been RECALLED, and from the date of their RECALL they cannot have done or do any legal business of any kind representing the Kiowa Nation in any way whatsoever, and the BIA is NOT involved in our Kiowa Government issues and they are not going to get involved either. They know the law and their boundaries or can you really not comprehend what you read?. Because they sure sent that letter telling the Kiowa people that they are NOT getting involved... If they really could get involved, do you think they would have just sat there for four years now doing nothing?... Get real.. They only have a say over the 638 funds and that is all...
