I am not going to let anyone steal my joy! I went to do a favor for a client tonight then out to dinner to celebrate my birthday with my friend. Then to the supermarket to buy food. By time I got home I was beat. I came in and listened to my messages. My renter had called and a fuse had blown and he was concerned all his food in the refrigerator would go bad. I do not even charge enough rent on that apartment to cover a refrigerator full of food! When I mentioned it to Pete he said oh yea! I heard that message. When I asked why he did not call to tell me, or call back the renter he said "that is not my business". My marriage is not easy! In spite of my husband and the problems with being a landlord. I had a really nice night with my friend Michele. I am lucky I am home with my friends. Pete does not even bother me. I called the renter pretty late and told him where the fuse box was and he put a fuse in it. So simple. Problem solved.
